Breakfast will be served only to attendees staying at the Cavalieri hotel.

*To receive discounted fees, a letter confirming residency must be emailed to ctos@ctos.org or provided onsite at the meeting. If no proof of residency is received, the difference of the full non-member rate will be applied to the registration transaction.
